I love brown rice I became a fan three years ago. After you learn to cook it the way you like this superfood is awesome. You can eat as much as you can and your stomach won’t bloat and the effects on your body are too numerous to imagine. I make it with peas or plain anyway you can eat brown rice do it . I start with 2 cups water to 1 cup rice , if you wish cut up onions while it is boiling and a little olive oil . Yummmm!! After you get used to cooking brown rice you can improvise and either use more rice or less.
