Happy New Year to all of our readers. Lets make this year a healthy and positive year. Be proactive with your health add vegetables, fruits and herbs to your diet, your body will thank you . Drink lemon water in the morning, juice your vegetables and fruits , eat a salad instead of a burger. After awhile your skin will become clearer , you will go the bathroom regularly, you may even stabilize your blood pressure and blood sugar and the list goes on . I know so many people who are suffering or who have died from preventable diseases, its time to take control. You control your body, YOU no one else, the choices that we make affect our kidneys, livers, hearts , brains everything and small changes will add up to big ones.
