Trust me ..use Turmeric

I have to share this , I know its been awhile.  I have this off and on again coughing situation for years, with the weather now being cool and damp it gets worse. So I am here hacking and coughing with no medicine in the house but I had Turmeric.  So I made Turmeric tea with  ginger. Holy moly I stopped coughing and I slept through the night. I did it again last night  again I slept through the night .
I have been suggestion Turmeric to people for years for joint problems and other ailments nut never for coughs and colds (how naive I was).  So again please keep Turmeric handy it truly is amazing

My recipe

1/2 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon of turmeric
sugar or honey to taste

Stop Using Vegetable Oil

Vegetable Oil does not contain vegetables.  I am not a doctor but a few people I know used to complain about their heart racing so I suggested to them to stop using vegetable oil and start cooking or using coconut oil and now they are all thanking me.  This also helped a few people who suffer from hypertension and eczema.
Vegetable oil  is an industrial product. If it can start a car it has no place in your body do destroy delicate organs.
Buy coconut oil and take care of  yourself !!  The trans fats in vegetable cooking oil is the leading contributor to   cardiovascular diseases , cancer ,asthma and other forms of inflammation.  Do your own research and add olive oil or coconut oil to your diet .

Time and time again we’ve been told dairy milk is an essential staple to the human diet, that we need it in order to be well. It has been promoted by the dairy industry as one of the only sources of calcium. Without it you run the risk of being calcium-deficient and possibly developing osteoporosis. Is there truth to this statement or yet another genius marketing strategy by a lucrative big business?

For starters, dairy milk is in fact a source of calcium, an essential mineral for bone density. The highest source when consumed in it’s raw state. The catch is, raw milk is illegal in most places here in the U.S., so what’s sold in stores all across this country is most likely pasteurized. This pasteurization process strips the creamy substance down to a watery, non-nutritious, hormone infested pus that should not be consumed by humans.

Herbs for Lung Health

Our lungs are often neglected and are abused . A friend of mine is now in hospital with a collapsed lung after years of smoking.  We are all exposed to toxic things invading our bodies and we can really tax our lungs.  Even if you don’t smoke you might be exposed to second hand smoke or fumes from cars or just the environment.  Here is a list of herbs that may help to improve lung health.

 Thyme expectorant, antispasmodic, and antibacterial properties.

 Lungwort -used to promote lung and respiratory health and clear congestion

Oregano Antihistamine and anti-inflammatory

Plantain Leaf – ease cough and soothe irritated mucous membranes
